We provide web hosting services, striving for 99.9% uptime with commercially reasonable efforts, although we are not responsible for downtime outside our control. We also offer domain name registration, for which you are responsible for renewal; we are not liable for losses due to non-renewal. Our bulk SMS service allows sending messages; you are responsible for message content and compliance with applicable laws.

3. User Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Payments and Fees

You agree to pay all fees for the services you purchase from us. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Prices for our services are subject to change without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Isaech Solutions and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Isaech Solutions.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty or representation of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Isaech Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
